Flash Pasto Flash Pasteurization By flash pasteurization harmful microorganisms in beverages and liquid food are killed with the aim of improving microbiological stability and shelf life of the product. The FlashPasto skid is designed to pasteurize the product gently without adversely affecting its colour, its taste or its digestibility.
Wort Cooler Cooling of Wort The Wort Cooler reduces the temperature of wort to the required pitching temperature. In breweries, cooling is typically performed after wort boiling and trub separation
Wort Aerator Aeration of Wort The Wort Aerator is used for the continuous and highly accurate injection of oxygen or sterile air into beer wort. The solubility of oxygen in wort depends on the temperature. The colder the liquid, the better is the oxygen solubility. Therefore, aeration is done after cooling of the wort.
DeGas – Membrane (DGS) Membrane Water Deaeration To produce quality beverages with long shelf life, and to prevent corrosion of boiler and piping systems, water needs to be deaerated. Based on the use of highly effective membrane modules, extraordinarily low values of residual oxygen are achieved.
IonTec Water Softening & Demineralization IONTEC softens or demineralizes water used for beverages or for other purposes (e. g. for heating, cooling, cleaning). For ion exchange there are ion exchange resins in the unit. They contain loosely held cations or anions.
Blender High Gravity Blending High Gravity Blending (HGB) is an innovative process that allows producing different beers (brands) from one or few “mother beers”. Brewery productivity is thereby maximized for a comparatively small brew house capacity and a low number of fermentation tanks.
Additive Dosing (ADoS) Additive Dosing The additive dosing system ADoS is used for dosing smaller or larger amounts of ingredients such as e. g. hop extract, flavours, colours, enzymes and vitamins directly into the main product stream. The compact skid provides a high degree of flexibility for the production of different products (brands).
MCX-32 Smart Wireless Controller The MCX-32 is a multi-channel integrated control system with a capacity of 64 active channels. It can receive and supervise inputs from a wide range of field devices with either a 4-20mA DC or serial output. The standard serial protocol is RS-485 Modbus RTU. This unique system design features “auto-configuration” of addressable devices that are in a device library. The Model MCX-32 controller provides a unique combination of “auto configuration” simplicity and ease of use with customizable expansion capabilities.
Site Sentinel CXT Wireless Controller The Detcon SmartWireless® CXT controller is a multi-channel mobile gas detection control system that may be wall mounted or mounted on a Detcon tripod accessory. The CXT can be utilised for self-contained gas detection, display/alarm system package or wirelessly connected to the main network. The controller offers a non-intrusive magnetic interface with back-lit LCD display that supports either wireless or a hard wire connection to gas detection sensors. The CXT is equipped with an auto configure system to automatically search for Detcon equipment associated with the controller.
