Technical Description – MX16 Single Channel Controller

The MX 16 is a compact digital or analog controller, one input, low-profile controller that continuously monitors gas detection and more generally to the processing of any 4-20 mA, on/off or compatible digital signal. The MX 16 instantly handles the measurements of detectors. As soon as the measurements reach the configured thresholds, the internal buzzer and the LED indicators go on. At the same time, the corresponding relays are activated to drive the additional actions programmed by the user.

The system primarily comprises:

• MX 16 controller
• One analog or digital detector

Specially designed for applications in laboratory, storage, small boiler room, and breweries or battery charging rooms, the MX 16 measuring unit prevents the risks of explosion linked to the presence of toxic, anoxic and explosive gases in the ambient air. Used with the OLCT 10N O₂ and CO₂ digital sensor series or any other O₂, CO₂, CH₄, GPL and H₂ analog sensor, the MX 16 guarantees you a solution that complies with International Standards.
