S305QAL Dust Monitor

S305QAL Dust Monitor

Sintrol S305QAL Dust Monitor is EN15267-3 QAL1 certified particulate matter stack monitor for official emissions measurements. The S305QAL dust monitor meets the highest European standards as defined in EN14181. The S305QAL is approved for and is suitable for use on waste incineration and combustion plant applications. The S305QAL comes with many key features making it a very reliable, low maintenance, sensitive and robust solution for stack particulate matter measurements.

LaserGasâ„¢ III Ultra

LaserGasâ„¢ III Ultra

LaserGas™ III Ultra uses the innovative baseline insensitive TDLAS technique specifically designed for combustion analysis. The Ultra simultaneously meets the requirements of combustion control and safety. That is, high measurement accuracy and high dynamic range with simultaneous real-time measurement capability.

Applications with very long path lengths and high gas concentrations are no problem for the Ultra. Thanks to the baseline insensitivity and the use of the proprietary IROSS signal processing, high measurement accuracy is achieved even with complex gas mixtures.

The LaserGas™ III Ultra CO together with the LaserGas™ III O2 is the perfect combination for proper combustion control and safety.

LaserGasâ„¢ R2P

LaserGasâ„¢ R2P

The rack mounted LaserGas™ R2P Monitor employs a measurement cell concept to combine extractive measurement with a compact analyser design. The measurement path length will enhance the detection limit. Heated and non-heated cells are available.

LaserGasâ„¢ II Multi Pass

LaserGasâ„¢ II Single Path

LaserGas™ II SP (Single Path) is a non-contact optical measurement method also known as in-situ. The analyser is suitable for variety of gases and process conditions, including dual gas measurements.
Laser Gas™ II SP has also a wide range of Ex-certifications, including IECEx, ATEX, CSA.

The instrument does not require any consumables and does not require regular maintenance. The absence of extractive conditioning systems further improves availability of the measurements and eliminates errors related to sample handling.

Once power, data lines and purge are connected, the instrument is ready to use and measurements are performed in real-time.

LaserGasâ„¢ Q ICL

LaserGasâ„¢ Q ICL

Unlike the previous generations of LaserGas™ products, the LaserGas™ Q family measures in the mid-infrared spectrum which allows for better detection limits. As well as detection of gases not obtainable with the more common near-infrared spectroscopy.

The sensor has low maintenance cost and does not require regular maintenance. The absence of extractive conditioning systems further improves availability of the measurements and eliminates errors related to sample handling.

The monitor is mounted directly onto flanges, which include purge gas connections and a tilting mechanism for easy alignment. Continuous purge flow prevents dust and other contamination from settling on the optical windows. Once power and data lines are connected, measurements are performed in real-time.

LaserGasâ„¢ Q CF4

LaserGasâ„¢ Q CF4

Unlike the previous generations of LaserGas™ products, the LaserGas™ Q family measures in the mid-infrared spectrum which allows for better detection limits. As well as detection of gases not obtainable with the more common near-infrared spectroscopy.

The sensor has low maintenance cost and does not require regular maintenance. The absence of extractive conditioning systems further improves availability of the measurements and eliminates errors related to sample handling.

LaserGasâ„¢ II Multi Pass

LaserGasâ„¢ II Multi Pass

LaserGas™ II Multi Pass combines extractive measurement with a compact analyser design. The laser beam is coupled into a measurement cell, where it is reflected multiple times between two spherical mirrors to enhance the analyser sensitivity.

The monitor is a turn-key instrument. No other operations than connecting power, sample gas tubes and optional purge are required during installation. LaserGas™ MP provides a reliable and easy to use solution for a wide variety of applications.

S303 Process Dust Monitor

S304 Emissions Monitor

For applications requiring absolute value measurements of dust concentrations, the S304 can be calibrated to give the user a mg/m3 output. Once calibrated, this dust monitor helps plant operators know exactly how much dust is passing through the stack or outlet duct of their plant.

The S304 is additionally equipped with a 4-20 mA signal and two independent alarm relays that can be used to further optimised process conditions in the plant.

Utilising our unique Inductive Electrification principle, the S304 brings the reliability the government requires and combines it with the convenience plant operators expect from a particulate measurement device. With minimal maintenance required, this is an optimal solution for plant operators needing to measure stack dust emissions for government control.

Australian Standards & Compliance

Gas detection in Australia is governed by strict regulatory and standards-based requirements. ProDetec ensures all gas transmission detection solutions are designed and maintained in accordance with applicable obligations.

Key Australian Standards

AS 2290.3

Provides guidance for workplace gas monitoring systems, including alarm management and performance expectations.

SafeWork Australia Workplace Exposure Standards (WES)

Defines acceptable exposure limits for hazardous gases, informing alarm setpoints and system design.

Compliance is not limited to initial installation. Ongoing testing, maintenance, and gas detector calibration are essential to meet regulatory expectations and ensure continued protection.

Environmental Compliance & Emissions Reduction

Methane is a potent greenhouse gas, and reducing fugitive emissions is an increasing regulatory and corporate priority in Australia. ProDetec’s gas leak detection solutions support environmental compliance by:

  • Identifying leaks early
  • Supporting emissions reporting and reduction initiatives
  • Improving asset integrity and efficiency

Effective gas detection plays a direct role in meeting Australia’s environmental commitments while improving operational performance.

Continuous Monitoring vs Periodic Surveys

ProDetec supports both continuous monitoring and periodic inspection approaches, depending on the asset and risk profile.

  • Continuous monitoring using fixed systems provides real-time protection for high-risk or critical assets.
  • Periodic surveys using portable devices support maintenance and inspection activities, but are not a substitute for fixed detection in hazardous environments.

We help operators determine the appropriate balance to meet safety, compliance, and operational objectives.

integration

Integration with Control & Emergency Systems

Effective gas detection is only valuable when it is connected to appropriate response mechanisms. ProDetec integrates gas detection systems with:

  • SCADA and PLC platforms
  • Alarm and notification systems
  • Emergency shutdown (ESD) systems
  • Ventilation and mitigation controls

This integration ensures gas leaks trigger timely, automated responses that reduce escalation risk and protect both people and assets.
